Support Line Service
The Aegis IT Support Line service offering provides customers with fast access to specialist technical skills to assist with the prompt resolution and management of post installation questions on the use and operation of Operating System software and a range of additional products.

Technical Time Bank
The timebank allows the facility to place calls through our help desk to obtain assistance from our technical consultants, who can then be assigned to focus on your specific requirement. This can include assistance with areas such as:
- Products not covered by the telephone support contract
- Technical workshops
- Assistance in defining requirements for tenders
- Advice and guidance when planning change
- Issues relating to Infrastructure, Storage and communications
- Microsoft Operating System skills
- Application of patches, fixes, upgrades
